Last week, it was announced that one of the creators of BlackShades NET Remote Access Trojan was arrested along with 23...dated july 04 2012, not sure if this is the same thing but be careful folks! source:

it should be safe i believe I tested it and every thing
yes but if you wanna use it you have to disable av and most definetly there is some virus in crack i reccomend using it in sandboxie or virtualbox
it only gets 18/46 thats not to bad for a crack
and it does not make any other .exes when you run it
